Among the most popular and least invasive cosmetic procedure, teeth whitening is used in hopes to give you the pearly white smile one desires. We offer in office whitening for the quickest and most dramatic results, as well as the take home whitening kits for you to use at your leisure.

In-Office Whitening

Looking for a fast, safe, and convenient procedure? In-office whitening requires one visit. Once you are comfortably settled into our chair and picked your favorite TV show, your gums will be covered with a special gel and a whitening agent will be applied to your teeth. The entire procedure takes around an hour and you’ll surely be leaving with a bright and gleaming smile!

Take-Home Whitening

Favor the DIY approach? We can provide you with custom trays, whitening agent, and instructions on how to safely lighten your teeth at home. This may be the optimal method for you if you would prefer a more controlled result, and especially if you would like to pause the process due to teeth sensitivity.

Far too often, people avoid seeking professional dental treatment and live with damaged or crooked teeth. By investing in a dental veneer treatment, we can help you change the size, shape and shade of your teeth for your specific needs. By placing veneers on top of the teeth, we can close gaps, make teeth even in length, cover dark stains and create a uniform looking smile. Depending on your specific need, the desired result, and your budget, Dr. Salehezadeh will recommend one of the following types of veneers for you.

Porcelain Veneers

Custom made from high quality porcelain, a veneer is a thin, custom-made shell that is cemented over the teeth to conceal your teeth’s imperfections. Porcelain veneers can correct even the most noticeable chipped, cracked, stained, and gaps between teeth, creating a harmonious look and revitalizing your smile. They are highly durable, making them a superb choice for repairing front teeth and achieving the exquisite smile you have been coveting.

Composite Veneers

Wanting to have the look of porcelain veneers, but not ready or financially able to make that move? For less substantial cases, composite veneers give you the option to achieve that look with the use of composite material (same as “tooth-colored fillings”), and they are done in just one visit. Since these veneers do not require the use of a laboratory, their cost is lower than lab-fabricated porcelain veneers. The disadvantage of composite veneers is that they are more of a short-term solution and are often done as an interim solution until porcelain veneers can be placed. After discussing your likes, dislikes, and what changes you want made, your treating dentist will determine if composite veneers can be utilized to create the smile you desire.

Chipped anterior teeth? With the use of composite resins, your treating dentist can artfully repair your chipped teeth and restore your smile. Composite resins come in a variety of shades making it hard to distinguish them from your natural teeth. In the right hands (ahem, The QPD Denstists), composite bondings are an act of magic!

These esthetic bondings are not just for making teeth prettier! Bondings are especially valuable and appreciated when used to protect worn and sensitive teeth. You see, due to a variety of reasons, tooth enamel sometimes gets worn out and the result in a frequent source of teeth sensitivity.  You see, due to a variety of reasons, tooth enamel sometimes gets worn out and the result is a frequent source of teeth sensitivity. Some of the culprits in causing these conditions (classified as abrasion, abfraction, attrition and erosion lesions) are aggressive tooth brushing, regular use of whitening toothpastes, nail biting, highly acidic foods, misaligned teeth, and teeth grinding.  Your treating dentist will diagnose and identify the underlying cause of your condition so to prevent further damage; she can also help reduce your tooth sensitive by restoring the affected teeth with these very effective bondings.

As our teeth age, sometimes unwelcome dark triangle-shaped gaps appear between them, causing an older appearance to our smiles. These dark spaces are called “black triangles” and in addition to being unsightly, they also easily collect food debris and plaque. Black triangles occur over time and may be the result of bone loss, gum recession, and/or movement of the teeth -- the final cause being very common as more and more adults opt to have orthodontic treatment on their teeth at a later age, leaving spaces between teeth that no longer can naturally fill in with gum tissue.

Until recently, veneers and crowns were the only treatment options for eliminating these noticeable black triangles. Fortunately, an innovative method called Bioclear has emerged, allowing trained dentists like Dr. Salehezadeh to fill in these black triangle gaps with minimal (if any!) tooth structure removal. Bioclear is a non-invasive and cosmetic treatment that allows Dr. Salehezadeh to effectively diminish unattractive gaps in just one visit, and is a remarkable alternative to crowns or veneers. Dr. Salehezadeh loves to offer her patients a more affordable option which results in outstanding beauty, and the incorporation of the Bioclear method does just that.
